All packages are subject to a project fee totalling 10% of the total cost of purchased fixtures and finishes. Work completed beyond the allocated hours for each package is ​subject to an hourly rate of $40.00. Base design fee due after initial consultation. Remainder of design fee, hourly rate, and project fees due after delivering the design. Furnis​hings deposits may be required on a case-by-case basis.

What’s included in the design ​process?

When designing a space, we look at ​finishes & fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, ​flooring, rugs, tile, paint & wall-coverings, ​furniture, artwork or gallery walls, ​window treatments, and styling ​accessories & decor​ - such as dishware & ​glassware for open storage, linens, ​bedding, towels, books, candles, plants & ​planters, etc)

How much does it cost?

In addition to our base design fee which ​varies by package, below is an estimated ​furniture spend depending on the size of ​your space.

Small spaces | $2,500+

Powder room, laundry room, nursery, ​nook, mudroom, small office, pantry, ​entry way

Medium spaces | $3,500+

Living room, rec room, office/study, ​guest bedroom, dining room, outdoor ​space, sitting room

Large spaces | $4,500+

Kitchen, primary bedroom, primary ​bathroom, large living spaces
